fee goes to the registered 501(c)(3) non-profits listed on the “Charities We
Work With” page on this website or, in the case of registrations through an
animal shelter, the donation goes to the shelter from which you adopted.
The Society acts as your agent in forwarding the donation to them (so it’s your
tax deduction, not ours.)
