TO GIVE A GIFT MEMBERSHIP - Click the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION link, above. Go to the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION that is provided in PDF form. Fill in all that you know about the candidate and his or her human sponsor. Then, in the box marked “For ASLD use only” print the word GIFT. Print your name and address in the blank space at the bottom of the form so that we can tell the new member your name as benefactor. A gift card will be sent, along with the “Certificate of Registration suitable for framing” and a copy of the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION so that any missing information can be added to ASSURE THE INTEGRITY of the Society’s Pedigree Records. |
